Housecall Pro pricing

The sticker is the down payment.

Housecall Pro pricing has two layers: the plan you pick and the add-ons that arrive once you use the thing seriously. We compete with them; the arithmetic is neutral.

Pipeline, Campaigns, Voice, vehicle GPS, and the rest, each with its monthly price. The pattern from reviews: the demo shows the platform, the invoice shows the platform plus four line items.

Financing, Instapay and the money features

If you're a US shop that will actually use them, price them in as value. Which brings up the border.

What Housecall Pro can't do in Canada

Half the brochure stops at the border.

By HCP's own documentation: consumer financing is not available in Canada, ACH is US-only, Payroll is US-only, expense cards run on US bank rails. Card payments work. So a Canadian crew pays for a platform whose headline money features don't operate here. If you're Canadian, weigh the stack you can actually use.

Is Housecall Pro worth it

For a US shop that wants the fintech department and will use the marketing stack: a real contender, priced accordingly. For a small crew that wants the loop without the line items, the flat-price structure is the other answer flat monthly, no per-user fees inside your seat count: one bill, whole crew, AI in every plan, receptionist on Growth and up. Head-to-head: Linq vs Housecall Pro. The two-incumbent fight: Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

Housecall Pro cost questions

How much does Housecall Pro cost per month?

What add-ons cost extra on Housecall Pro?

Does Housecall Pro work in Canada?

Partially: card payments yes, but financing, ACH, payroll and expense cards are US-only per HCP's own docs. Canadian crews should price the platform on the features that cross the border.

Is there a flat-price Housecall Pro alternative?

That's the structural alternative to the add-on model: one flat bill for the whole crew $179 a month at Growth, up to five users. Linq is built that way, and built in Canada, where everything on your plan works. Comparison: Linq vs Housecall Pro.
